The Open Enrollment Period for Affordable Care Act(ACA) is from 11-1-2015 to January 31st, 2016.....that is it, then enrollment is OVER unless Qualifying Life Event(marriage, divorce, loss of a job with it's benefits, move to a new state or child birth). Proof must be given if applying for Special Enrollment.
In order to begin coverage effective 1-1-16, the ACA program application chosen must be completed by 12-15-15. Applications completed on 12-16 up till 1-15-16 will begin 2-1-16.
