Mo auto liability limit increasing

It's about time, the Missouri auto liability limit will be increasing slightly from 25/50/10 to 25/50/25 effective 7-1-2019.  This means the Property Damage limit will change from $10,000 to $25,000 for any one accident.  In other words if a person has a 3 car pile up the new maximum limit paid out will be $25,000 for all damages.   These limits are certainly not enough; however, it is an improvement.

Flanigan Insurance Agency certainly recommends higher limits than 25/50/25, such as 50/100/50, 100/300/100 or a Combined Single Limit of $500,000.

If have any further questions please contact Flanigan Insurance at 314-727-6000.
