As a reminder, the motorized items typically are NOT covered by a homeowner policy and require a separate policy. If the "toys" are older and you are not concerned about damage to the unit you still need to protect for liability types of losses. What happens if an unoccupied golf cart rolls down a hill and hits a person or vehicle? Some of these "toys" are valuable with the various options added, it is best to protect your investment with a simple policy.
