At Flanigan Insurance we have 2 companies that provide Dental Insurance:
Anthem BC/BS and United Health One.

Rates vary based on size of the dental network.  Typically, the policy provides 2 cleanings and an x-ray in 12 months.  Policies may have a 12 month wait on cavities. 
Costs per person per month range from $19 to $49 with United Health One.
