THE Affordable Care Act(ACA) open enroll period means an applicant MUST sign up during the period of (11-15-14 till it's last day of 2-15-2015) to obtain an ACA policy effective in 2015. If this deadline is missed applicant must wait till next 11-15-15 open enrollment period begins, unless a the very limited and strict ACA exception applies.
