About every month when an auto quote is requested someone asks/requests full coverage. I generally know what person means; however, full coverage does not entirely exist. Take for instance, the Francis Scott Bridge which was hit by cargo liner two years ago and the bridge completely collapsed. Something tells me the insurance wasn't full coverage.
Back to auto scenario, no one truly knows all the damages an accident can cause. I can't tell you how many times I have had replies like, I just want state limits because they cannot get water out of a rock. I don't care if they sue me, I don't own anything. Trust me, they will sue if it's your fault and your wages will be garnished for as long as it takes to satisfy judgement.
So be careful when requesting full coverage and know exactly what your auto, home, cycle limits are.
